Apple Watch App not Installing
If you're using a Series 3 watch:
Unfortunately Hoolan can no longer be downloaded onto Series 3 watches. We advise that you upgrade your watch to at least a Series 4 - our recommendation for an entry level watch is Apple Watch SE 1st gen (2020).
Other watch models:
Please follow these steps:

Check that your watch is on the latest version of the operating system that is available to it. Go to the Watch app on your iPhone > General > Software Update and see if there's a newer version to install.

Delete the Hoolan App off both your phone and the watch

Restart both devices

Re-install Hoolan on your iphone. This should normally automatically install the App on your Watch too. If it still hasn't after 5 minutes, go to the Watch App on your phone and scroll down to the bottom, where it will list available apps. Hoolan should be listed there and you can see whether it's loading or whether there is an option to click install that will force it across.
