Reset Hoolan

If, for whatever reason, you can't get Hoolan working properly and none of our Help pages or FAQs help, please go through these steps to reset Hoolan:

  1. Restart both your phone and your watch.
     

  2. If that doesn't fix things then delete the Hoolan App from both your watch and your phone, then restart and reinstall the Hoolan App on both devices.
     

  3. Sign into Hoolan on your phone using the same email address that you previously used to sign up, and then open up the watch app and press 'Set Up'.
